Released in 2008, Flower by Cynthia Rowley EDP by Avon is floral, white floral, woody perfume with soft spicy undertones. Crafted by Frank Voelkl and Richard Herpin. One of Avon's underrated gems, realistic and stunning lily scent, good staying power. Good Projection and performance is above average 6+ hours.
